SANGAWAR HEATLESS INDUSTRIAL DEHUMIDIFIER
We have pleasure in introducing ‘SANGAWAR’ HEATLESS INDUSTRIAL DEHUMIDIFIER State of Art Patented Technology in Heatless Regeneration. Suitable for the World’s all application.
TECHNOLOGY
Conventional
So far you have seen conventional method of silica gel rotating bed Dehumidifier, regenerated by hot air. This requires high capacity of heating coils to heat the regenerative Hot Air. Which is causing rise in room Temperature by 10ºC to 12ºC., This added rise in temperature increases the burden on Air Conditioning System. This requires higher capacity of Air conditioning System to maintain the added heat by dehumidification, resulting in, high Electricity consumption. Higher operating cost, low performance.
Breakthrough
SANGAWAR HEATLESS DEHUMIDIFIERis Patented technology designed on vacuum regeneration using special adsorbent desiccant. Dehumidification is done without change in room Temperature. This gives advantage over present conventional method.
Since regeneration is done by Vacuum, Heating coils are not required for heating the regenerative air. This saves Cost of Heating coils and Consumption of Electricity. Since the Regeneration is done at room temperature there is no rise in room temperature. Therefore there is no additional load on air conditioning. This gives more than 50% saving in operational cost compared to conventional hot air regenerated dehumidifier.
OPERATION
In this system two towers are filled with patented desiccant. When 1st tower is drying the air 2nd tower is vacuum regenerated. After 50 sec 1st tower is changed to regeneration & 2nd Drying the Air. This cycle is completed in 2 min. & automatically operated by timer and solenoid valves giving continuous flow of dehumidified Air.

Frequently Asked Questions
It recirculates air from a sealed space — drawing it in, drying it and returning it — to hold low, stable humidity inside the room. This closed circuit suits air-conditioned and controlled environments.
The desiccant is regenerated under vacuum at room temperature instead of with hot air. Because no heating coils are needed, there is no added heat and no coil power cost.
More than 50% compared with conventional hot-air (silica-gel wheel) dehumidifiers, mainly by removing the heating load and the extra air-conditioning it would otherwise demand.
No. Conventional hot-air regeneration can raise room temperature by 10 – 12°C and burden the air conditioning. This system regenerates at room temperature, so there is no such rise.
The two towers alternate roughly every 50 seconds, completing a full cycle in about 2 minutes, giving a continuous flow of dehumidified air.
Closed loop is best for sealed, air-conditioned rooms needing tight humidity control. Open loop is better for large, temporary or semi-enclosed zones and equipment protection.
Pharmaceuticals (capsule filling, tableting, strip packing), food and beverage powders, electronics and PCB storage, hygroscopic chemicals, and cold storage.
Sizing is based on room volume, the target relative humidity and the internal moisture load. A wide range of capacities is available to suit the requirement.
